RFR 148 our client is seeking an Prosci Certified Organizational Change Manager Lead to develop change management plans, strategies, risk analysis and communication plans for the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA within the Public Sector. (Remote)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience as a Lead Change Manager
• 5+ years working in internal and external communications, public relations, journalism or related role
• Experience as a Change Manager on a SAP Implementation project
• Extensive experience delivering change management and training activities on a large scale software implementation program in a complex organizational environment
• PRSOCI or ACMP certification
• Bachelors Degree in: Journalism or English Literature); or diploma/degree in Creative Communications / Marketing / Public Relations, Business
• Superior writing, editing and proof-reading skills for a variety of mediums i.e., scripts, web, articles, advertising, surveys, etc.
• Superior Linguistic Skills
