Review Lawyer responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and writing legal opinions on various topics
- Assisting in the preparation of court pleadings, discovery requests and responses
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with state and federal law
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel
- Maintaining client confidentiality

Review Lawyer skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data security concepts is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Law
- Strong research and writing skills
