Job Description

The Crystal Lodge is seeking an experienced Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and leading our reservations team.

About the Role



Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for:

Developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies Conducting competitor and market analyses Tracking hotel revenue and preparing forecasts Leading sales strategy and market performance meetings Managing the reservations team and supporting training initiatives Ensuring rate parity across channels and resolving discrepancies Coordinating with multiple departments on promotions, budgets, and group inventory Maintaining property management and booking systems Supporting front desk and reservations operations as needed
Key Responsibilities

Create and adjust pricing strategies based on demand, booking trends, and market forecasts Analyze competitor performance, promotions, and industry trends Monitor revenue reports, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase revenue Manage OTA and channel manager relationships to ensure consistent pricing and inventory Prepare monthly segment performance reviews and tourism reports Collaborate with sales, accounting, and operations to align revenue goals with hotel performance Coach and develop the reservations team, ensuring service excellence and sales productivity
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, and forecasting Knowledge of inventory management processes and hospitality industry trends Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, RMS, RDP, and Crystal Reports (or similar systems) Previous management experience in reservations or front office operations Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ski resort markets, with a strong preference for experience in Whistler

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
