Role Overview
The
Operations lead
serves as the bridge between marketing and sales, focusing on optimizing processes, integrating HubSpot with site conversions, preparing quotes, and supporting sales leads with backend tasks and sales materials. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between departments to improve lead conversion rates and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
Manage HubSpot integrations with website forms, tracking, and conversions.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes in collaboration with the sales team.
Support sales leads with backend tasks to accelerate deal closures.
Design and maintain workflow decks, presentations, and other sales enablement materials.
Work with marketing to create site integrations that support lead generation and nurturing.
Assess and qualify potential clients against KYC requirements to ensure compliance before engagement.
Assist in developing and maintaining sales processes and best practices.
Provide reporting and analytics on lead conversions, quoting activity, and deal progress.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales enablement with ongoing campaigns.
Act as a liaison with the President on sales-related projects, priorities, and strategic opportunities.

Proven experience in sales operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role.

Ability to design and develop presentations and sales collateral.
Knowledge of sales processes, quoting systems, and deal tracking.
Familiarity with KYC requirements and compliance checks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.
Additional Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute design projects for sales and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.
Manage and implement website updates, including content changes, integration with HubSpot, and ensuring site performance for lead generation.
Continuously assess and update internal workflow processes to improve efficiency between sales, marketing, and operations.
Coordinate with the marketing team on creative direction for presentations, decks, and visual assets.
Ensure all design and workflow updates align with sales goals, marketing campaigns, and compliance requirements.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
