Role Summary



Own data-driven dynamic pricing and listing optimization to grow Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenueacross a multi-home portfolio. You'll design, deploy, and iterate market-aligned pricing strategies to maximize owner returns.

Key Responsibilities



Build/maintain comp sets and deploy dynamic pricing by seasonality, weekends/holidays, major events, lead time, and LOS rules. Monitor & optimize KPIs daily/weekly: Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, conversion, booking window, cancellations, available nights. Operate pricing tools (PriceLabs/Beyond/Wheelhouse) integrated with PMS/OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking); manage rules, overrides, and A/B tests. Design promos: LOS discounts, last-minute/early-bird, gap-night fills, weekday/weekend strategies. Optimize listings (titles, descriptions, amenities, photo order & selection) to increase visibility and conversion; set SEO/content standards. Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and owner reports, codify playbooks, and run experiment retros. Partner with Ops/Guest Services/Owners to align revenue tactics with guest experience, turnaround, and maintenance constraints. Track Orlando demand drivers (theme parks, conventions, sports, holidays) and translate insights into pricing & inventory moves.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business/Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Operations Research, or a closely related field; 2-5 years in hotel/STR revenue management or pricing (multi-property experience; Orlando market a plus). Hands-on with Airbnb/Vrbo, at least one pricing tool (PriceLabs/Beyond/Wheelhouse), and a PMS (e.g., Guesty/Hostfully). Strong analytics: Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, date/array functions); SQL/Python is a plus. Comfortable building dashboards, running controlled experiments, and interpreting results. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence; detail-oriented, outcome-driven, fast-iterating. Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus.
