We are pleased to announce a job posting for the position of

Revenue Analyst

at our Joseph Howe Head Office location. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for revenue reconciliations as well as other duties as required. If you are a numbers person who loves to deep dive into reconciliations, solve problems and have a strong attention to detail, this position may be ideal for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

:

Analyze revenue to identify missing transactions Submit for missing revenue and follow up on these submissions Accounts receivable payment postings and follow ups Daily data entry requiring advanced attention to detail Reception duties including answering phones and managing courier shipments POS system implementation and maintenance Assist payroll manager with duties as required Review and analyze existing processes to identify areas of improvement Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics Other duties as required

Qualifications include:

Advanced technical skills with experience in Excel and other accounting software packages Strong attention to detail Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines while working in a high-volume environment Follow-through as well as problem solving skills Team Player and willing to help wherever needed Flexible and able to work occasional overtime when needed High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to many changes Must be able to adapt and operate effectively within new and challenging environments Strong work ethic, dedicated and reliable
