WHAT YOU WILL DO:



This position is responsible for performing data entry and related duties in invoice preparation to our loyal customer base as well as our new customers. This position demands diplomatic interaction to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate daily reconciliations. To be successful in this position, the Administrator is responsible for the following responsibilities:

Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to individual accounts.

Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Perform related administrative duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.

Serve as a contact for our customer's billing inquiries.

Produce reports, and any correspondence as needed.

Receive and process payments when required.

Research and correct any discrepancies that may occur.

Support branch manager with payable sign off and send into Head Office in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned.

YOUR BACKGROUND



Qualifications

Demonstrate superior proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language.

Good knowledge of general business matters.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

Effective attention to detail with a very high degree of accuracy.

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing and execution skills.

Solid work ethic with a positive team attitude is

ESSENTIAL.



Credentials / Experience

Minimum high school grad - Post Secondary Diploma is preferred.

4 years administration experience

A strong administrative skill set, customer service skills, and keyboarding (min 50 WPM).

Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

Our Retread plant is located on 2 Limestone Road. There is no public transportation available to the Retread Plant therefore a reliable vehicle is essential.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
