We are in search of a Retentions Representative for our LendCare subsidiary who will be responsible for communicating with customers to increase loyalty, retain their business, and quickly devise solutions to problems. Responsibilities:
Negotiate with customers to retain their business through phone calls or emails Address customer concerns and provide solutions and re-educate customers on the value of our products

• Ensure superior customer experience through proactive support and active listening
• Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to customer needs to pinpoint sales opportunities
• Provide internal recommendations on how to improve client retention
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must have experience in a target-driven call center environment; retentions background is a plus
• A comfort level with quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets.
• Excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to pursue new challenges and opportunities to grow within the organization.
• Ability to work fulltime in our Pickering, ON office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; every other Saturday from 10AM - 2PM About Us: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
