Your Role

As Retail Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our customers meet. You'll help them find the right products, answer their questions, and make sure every visit is a positive experience. From keeping our displays looking sharp to learning about the latest pool and hot tub trends, you'll play an important role in making Paradise LeisureScapes the go-to destination for backyard bliss.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome Helping customers choose the right products, accessories, and maintenance solutions Processing sales quickly and accurately Keeping our showroom looking fresh, clean, and inviting Restocking products and keeping inventory organized Answering customer inquiries in-store, over the phone, or by email Staying up to date on new products, trends, and promotions Pitching in with opening and closing duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Retail or customer service experience (bonus points if you've worked with pools, hot tubs, or outdoor products) A people person who communicates well and enjoys helping others Organized, detail-focused, and ready to juggle a few things at once Comfortable with some lifting (up to 50 lbs) Flexible availability, including weekends A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
