Job Title: Team Lead, Retail Location: North Vancouver Department: Retail Reports to: Manager and Assistant Manger, Retail Role Status: Part-Time, Seasonal Scope of the job: The Retail Team Leader\'s primary role is to drive outstanding guest service in our retail spaces. They\xe2\x80\x99ll lead our associates in ensuring service targets are met, our stores are well merchandised, and day-to-day tasks are completed. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring retail team meets service goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective merchandising of retail stores.

- Associate training and onboarding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Day-to-day operations of retail spaces including administrative and inventory related tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as requested by the Retail Manager Essential Traits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Guest-centric vision with a strong mission of high-quality service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leader with the ability to coach and guide others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Merchandising experience an asset.
- Task prioritization and focus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills with emphasis on conflict resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 MUST be able to work some evenings and weekends as required. Responsibility: Directly provides leadership to Retail Sales Associates in all 3 retail outlets as well as Theatre Hosts.
