Your Impact
Team & Leadership
Lead, inspire, and develop a front-of-house team that thrives on energy, accountability, and a love for craft beer.
Build a positive, inclusive culture grounded in communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Write and implement SOPs to streamline operations and elevate performance.
Taproom & Retail Operations
Manage day-to-day taproom and retail operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Uphold AGCO, public health, and safety standards while promoting a clean, well-organized environment.
Strategy & Growth
Analyze weekly performance and collaborate with leadership to drive profitability and customer engagement.
Work with our Marketing team to create promotions, events, and activations that bring people through the door.
Own private event bookings, delivering memorable experiences that reflect our brand and build loyalty.
Brand Ambassador
Be the face of the taproom by welcoming guests, sharing beer knowledge, and creating a space where every visit feels special.
Foster a culture of education and enthusiasm for craft beer.
Who You Are
A
dynamic leader
with at least 3 years of management experience in hospitality or retail.
A
self-starter
who takes initiative and thrives when given autonomy.
Someone who loves building teams, coaching others, and celebrating wins.
Passionate about
craft beer, customer service, and creating experiences.
Business-minded with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Skilled at staying calm under pressure and energized by a fast-paced environment.
Smart Serve & Food Handlers certified (or willing to obtain).
