Johnny Ruth (We have two locations: 183 Water Street and 8-10 Rowan Street, Churchill Square)

Full-time / Part-time

About the Role

As our Retail Store Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our fashion and gift boutique--ensuring the shop runs smoothly, the team is supported, and every customer enjoys a warm, inspiring experience. If you're organized, upbeat, and love helping others shine, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support staff during daily operations, including opening and closing duties Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience Support team training, motivation, and performance feedback Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management Help meet sales targets and keep the team energized Manage customer issues with professionalism and care Maintain a beautifully organized and on-brand store environment

What You Bring

1-2 years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, gifts, or lifestyle Previous leadership or keyholder experience an asset A passion for style, design, and meaningful customer interactions Strong communication and multitasking skills A positive attitude and ability to lead by example Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
