Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team at Miss D's Convenience in downtown . In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations, contributing to our mission of being the go-to convenience store for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Operate the POS system for sales processing. Maintain merchandise displays to promote products effectively. Assist with inventory management and restocking items as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Support promotional activities and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.

Strong cash handling and cashiering skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
