Home Hardware Torbay Road, a 100% locally owned and operated Hardware store in the east end of St. John's, is looking for a responsible, hard working, team-oriented, customer service expert to join our leadership team!
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and Closing the store
- Ensure all staff are supported, backing up wherever it is needed
- Ensure all customers receive the best possible service
- Resolve issues at the cash
- Treat everyday like a school day, and learn as much as you can
Successful candidates will
- Have at least 2 years of retail experience
- Be experienced with some aspect of Home Repair
- Be willing to learn any and all departments within the store (including cash)
- Be passionate about helping people (both customers and team mates)
- Be available evenings and weekends
- Be proficient with computers, able to send professional emails, use word/docs and excel/sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
