Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations, contributing to our mission of being the go-to convenience store for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Handle cash transactions and the reports accurately and efficiently. Operate the POS system for sales processing. Maintain merchandise displays to promote products effectively. Assist with inventory management and restocking items as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized store environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Support promotional activities and marketing efforts.

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service for at least 2 years.

Strong cash handling and calculation skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work without supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
