We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process of new employees. Manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and stock replenishment. Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with store management practices and procedures. Proficiency in interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. A positive attitude and strong leadership qualities to inspire team performance.
