Job Description
1. Assigning and
evaluating employees performance

Monitor performance and make reports to on progress to report to your supervisor.3. Set daily employee objectives and tasks schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals.
4. Organize and maintain the retail floor for smooth running.
5. Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to your supervisor.

Pay: $17.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
