Position Summary

We are currently hiring a

Retail Supervisor

to support the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader with strong customer service and sales experience. The Retail Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, leading a team of 10-15 staff, and contributing to the overall success of our store. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior retail or supervisory experience who is looking to grow within a dynamic and respected company.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support retail team members Assign tasks and ensure smooth daily store operations Ensure consistent weekend availability Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales Manage scheduling, staff coordination, and performance evaluations Oversee inventory control, product rotation, and restocking Operate POS systems and manage cash handling Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently Prepare end-of-day reports and maintain store records Contribute to social media and e-commerce content when needed Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations

Qualifications

Supervisory or leadership experience in retail or customer service Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Highly organized with multitasking capabilities Familiarity with social media and online store operations is an asset Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs Exposure to cold environments Handling and working with various seafood products

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wage:

$18.00 per hour

Commission:

Eligible for commission on personal sales
