Summary

As a Retail Supervisor you will play a vital role in managing daily operations and leading a team dedicated to serving our diverse clientele. This position is key to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of the pharmacy. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies that enhance market presence.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or supervisory roles within a pharmacy or similar environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingualism is an asset. Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is essential. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
