Duties

Supervise daily store operations and manage staff to ensure optimal performance. Train and develop team members in customer service, sales techniques, and store policies. Oversee inventory management including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling. Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility. Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process for new team members. Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee hours. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve results. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management. Ability to negotiate effectively and manage time efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping. Knowledge of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques. Basic math skills for handling transactions and budgeting tasks.
