No prior experience as a supervisor mandatory but having one will be huge plus.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure all store procedures (opening, closing, cash handling) are followed accurately.
Customer Service
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
Build lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable supplements.
Handle inquiries, returns, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Inventory & Stock Management
Track inventory levels and assist with product restocking and organization.
Support incoming shipment checks and inventory counts.
Ensure product expiry and rotation are monitored regularly.
Team Supervision & Coordination
Assist with training and guiding team members to meet performance goals.
Coordinate with staff to maintain consistent service quality during shifts.
Support communication between management and store associates.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to execute campaigns and promotions.
Provide feedback from in-store trends and customer insights.
Assist in photographing or promoting new arrivals when needed.
Delivery & Logistics
Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers and local delivery partners.
Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
Reporting
Support preparation of basic daily or weekly sales summaries.
Report stock shortages, customer feedback, and operational issues promptly.
Requirements
