Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)

Assign sales workers to duties

Order merchandise

Authorize return of merchandise

Establish work schedules

Sell merchandise

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Organize and maintain inventory

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervise office and volunteer staff

Experience:

Computer and technology knowledge

MS Outlook

. Vast knowledge in POS systems (Profit Master or OGASYS)

Exhibit and display design experience

Computer interactive or multi media

Merchandising or window

Visual displays

About Us

Our store has been here in Lac La Biche, AB for 48 years and we have grown from a 500 square foot box to 4500 square foot store plus 4 out buildings and 4 acres of yard for wood and building supplies. We are challenging, fast-paced, fun and our goal is to provide excellent customer service for our local and out of town customers.
