Role Overview
The Dollar Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in leading the team, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seasonal merchandise, keeping shelves fully stocked, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operation of a high-volume dollar store Lead, train, and support team members during shifts Deliver friendly, helpful customer service at all times Manage cash registers, cash handling, and deposits Oversee stocking, merchandising, and organization of $1-$50 items Maintain cleanliness, product rotation, and recovery throughout the day Execute seasonal resets and promotional displays Ensure store safety and loss prevention procedures are followed Open and close the store as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or dollar store environment preferred Supervisory or shift-lead experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks Comfortable lifting merchandise (up to [X lbs]) and working on your feet Reliable, positive, and customer-focused

Pay: $17.96-$25.91 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Work Location: In person
