Retail Store Manager

to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Job Summary:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. You'll bring energy, organization, and leadership to a dynamic retail environment focused on imaging, printing, and photography.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop retail staff to achieve performance and service goals Create a positive and customer-focused in-store atmosphere Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and overall store operations Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction Coordinate marketing and in-store events to drive traffic and awareness Monitor KPIs and work with leadership to improve performance Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in retail management or supervisory role (required) Excellent customer service and communication skills Proven leadership and team-building ability Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with photography or imaging products (preferred but not required) Tech-savvy and willing to learn about new products and services
