TURNABOUT IS HIRING A STORE MANAGER

THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic retail environment. You will oversee sales performance, merchandising, and daily operations while building strong relationships with both customers and your team. You will also learn to sort and price merchandise and contribute to social media content that reflects our brand and community.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

Have a warm, friendly, and confident approach to people and sales Are passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, brands, and trends Understand the importance of customer experience and relationship-building Lead with integrity, positivity, and attention to detail Have a strong eye for style, beauty, and visual merchandising Can make decisions with confidence in a fast-paced environment Are flexible, reliable, and available to work retail hours (including at least one weekend day) Are comfortable with computers and POS systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in retail, customer service, fashion, or communications Management experience Hands-on experience with POS transactions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
