TURNABOUT is hiring a

STORE MANAGER

Plus, no evening shifts required; our stores are open from 10am to 6pm.

We are seeking a result-driven Retail Manager to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales, work with merchandising and displays, learn to sort and price merchandise and can help with social media posts.

If you:

Have a warm, friendly demeanor and you enjoy relationship-building... and sales! Knowledgeable and passionate about fashion, brands and trends Understand the importance of customer satisfaction Capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues Flexible, reliable, and are able to work within retail store hours (including at least one weekend day) Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills. A keen eye for beauty and style. Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Perficient Computer knowledge (preferably POS systems)

Qualifications:

Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion, communication Management Experience Hands-on experience with POS transactions Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality Availability to work flexible shifts
