We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Korean skincare store as a
Sales Manager- FULL TIME ( Contract )
. This role combines
sales, store management,
ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and contributing to the store's online presence.
Sales & Customer Service
Provide knowledgeable and personalized skincare recommendations to customers.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Working as a Cashier and handling cash on the POS, updating daily sales and cash records
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Store Management & Operations
Supervise daily store activities, including staff performance and store presentation.
Oversee shift scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.
Train, coach, and support team members to deliver high service standards and meet goals.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment.
Support with product ordering, receiving shipments, and managing inventory levels.
Communicate promotions, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to staff.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Assist with creating engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for social media platforms with the social media team.
Highlight new arrivals, promotions, and in-store activities online to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with management to implement digital marketing strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead by example in customer engagement and sales techniques.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members and other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1+ years of retail or sales experience
(beauty, skincare, or cosmetics preferred).
Previous
supervisory or keyholder experience
in a retail environment ( prefferd).
Strong knowledge and genuine passion for skincare and beauty products (K-Beauty is a plus).
Basic experience with
social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
and content creation.
Excellent
customer service and communication skills
.
Ability to
lead, motivate, and manage a team
effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
