The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while providing an exceptional shopping experience for their customers.
