We're looking for an experienced
Retail Store Manager
to lead ournorth Regina Christmas pop-up store
this holiday season, with the opportunity to transition into along-term role in east Regina in the new year
.The right candidate will bring leadership, energy, and proven retail skills to create an outstanding customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of progressive retail management or supervisory experience
Passion forcustomer service
and building strong customer relationships Strongmerchandising and visual presentation
skills Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends based on business needs Excellenttime management and organizational skills
Keenattention to detail
Ability todelegate effectively and follow up
with your team Comfortable operating aPoint-of-Sale (POS) system
and handling cash/credit/debit transactions Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Must be bondable;criminal record check required upon hiring
Other Requirements:
Physically able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and move/handle boxes of merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and store fixtures as needed
