The Role
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the store's daily operations, ensuring that all store areas are engaged and achieve key results. You will lead by example, ensuring top-notch customer experience while developing your team and building strong relationships within the community.

What You'll Do
You will manage all aspects of the successful daily operation of a Global Pet Foods store. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership & Team Development:
Train, motivate, and develop team members with regular coaching and performance feedback.
Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace that encourages growth and engagement.
Lead the team to achieve goals and deliver outstanding service.
Customer Experience & Community Engagement:
Ensure every customer receives personalized product recommendations and care.
Build lasting relationships with customers and community partners.
Represent Global Pet Foods at community events and execute local outreach initiatives.
Operations:
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and daily operations to maximize efficiency
Analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve targets
Plan and execute in-store events and promotions aligned with company initiatives

This Role Requires:
Proven experience in retail management in a fast-paced, customer-focused store.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop successful teams.
Proven sales performance and experience in achieving business targets.
Strong merchandising, inventory management, and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for pets and an interest in pet nutrition and care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Proficiency in using POS systems, spreadsheets, MS Office, and Google Suite.
