Multi-Store Retail Manager

to lead our frontlines, drive sales growth, and strengthen our people-first culture.

You'll Own:

Leadership Across Locations:

Mentor and support 3 store teams. Lead daily operations, maintain compliance, and drive consistent excellence.

Sales & KPIs:

Analyze performance metrics and coach teams to exceed sales goals, customer experience benchmarks, and conversion rates.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and grow future leaders. Elevate staff knowledge and cannabis expertise through ongoing coaching and feedback.

Operations & Inventory Oversight:

Optimize inventory rotation, manage stock levels across stores, and execute weekly purchase orders and transfers.

Brand Standards:

Protect our premium customer experience across all touchpoints -- online, in-store, and everywhere in between.

Compliance:

Maintain AGCO and municipal regulatory compliance. Ensure accurate cash handling, secure product storage, and adherence to all operating procedures.

Marketing Support:

Collaborate with ownership on local store marketing, promotions, loyalty programs, and community activations.

We're Looking For:

3+ years in cannabis or retail multi-unit management (Cannabis preferred but not required if you're quick to learn) Proven success managing 2+ stores and 10+ staff Strong understanding of POS systems (Cova experience is a bonus), compliance requirements, and retail operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling unexpected challenges with composure Available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and travel between store locations (vehicle required) High EQ, strong leadership presence, and an obsession with customer experience AGCO CannSell certification required before start date

Pay: $48,389.86-$60,000.00 per year
