We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Store Sales Manager to join our team and lead the way in providing a world-class shopping experience to our customers. : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our men\xe2\x80\x99s clothing store. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing employees, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Your leadership and retail expertise will contribute to the success of our store. Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust merchandising and promotional efforts accordingly.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and minimizing shrinkage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store\xe2\x80\x99s appearance is inviting and organized.
  • Collaborate with the head office on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Scheduling and Staffing:
  • Create employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands.
  • Manage time-off requests, shift changes, and employee availability.
  • Address staffing gaps and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Financial Accountability:
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize store profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales performance, payroll, and budget adherence.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of retail store clothing experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
