Retail Store Manager
to run our Moncton location, turn the store into a neighborhood hub, and lead a team that brings our brand to life.
What You'll Own
The Store Manager is the dynamic leader responsible for all aspects of the Moncton store's performance, team development, and community presence.
Community & Experience Leadership
Be the go-to event champion:
plan and run Tuesday Talks, community shop nights, product launches, Special Event Saturdays, and seasonal activations that excite the neighborhood.
Make the store feel unmistakably ours
-- on-brand, warm, and adventurous -- and a place customers love to return to.
Drive sales and growth
by creating memorable in-store experiences, nudging our social presence, and turning casual visitors into loyal community members.
Own our local social presence:
help schedule engaging posts and video content and ensure fast, friendly responses to customers online.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and inspire your team
-- recruit, train, mentor, and run performance conversations that help people grow.
Operations & Business Planning
Keep daily operations smooth:
visual standards, inventory control, admin and compliance, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Partner with cross-functional teams
(marketing, buying, merchandising, HR) to execute business plans, promotions, and seasonal rollouts.
Track trends and performance:
report on sales, customer feedback, inventory, and ideas to win more market share.
Manage the Moncton store
and support leadership and the President with ad-hoc projects as needed.

A Few Practical Things
Full-time:
minimum 40 hours/week. Expect some evenings (Thurs/Fri) and Saturdays (typically 2 out of 4 per month; Saturdays are our busiest).
Time Off:
December is blackout for time off.
