Retail Store Designer

, you'll be instrumental in shaping the brand's physical footprint by developing store environments that are bold, customer-centric and aligned with the brand's identity.


You'll collaborate across teams and lead vendor relationships to bring concepts to life--from initial vision to final execution. With a strong understanding of Retail-specific materials and construction details, you'll ensure every space is not only visually compelling but also operationally smart and scalable.

Tasks and responsibilities:



Design Development



Imagine inspiring spaces



Design attractive and functional store layouts, including installation plans and visual merchandising concepts

Bring the brand to life



Translate brand guidelines into cohesive and impactful physical retail environments.

Deliver complete design packages



Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings while aligning with business objectives and budget constraints.

Create with impact



Ensure each design reflects the brand's essence and enhances both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Blend creativity and technical expertise



Integrate precise solutions in millwork and metal components tailored to retail environments.

Contribute to innovation



Support special projects with fresh design ideas, especially in store refresh initiatives.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:



Diploma in Interior Design or degree in Architecture or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in retail store design. Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong grasp of layout planning, lighting, materials, and finishes. Expertise in millwork and metal detailing specific to retail environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Bonus Points:



Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Familiarity with building codes and ADA compliance. Experience with global retail brands or multi-site rollouts.
