Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and conduct product demos

- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively

- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs

- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and calculating discounts

- Experience in upselling products to increase sales revenue

- Knowledge of technical sales aspects to explain product specifications clearly

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
