Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven retail sales associates for our cell phone repair and sales store. The ideal candidate will have , a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, and proven success in retail management. This role requires someone who can drive sales, manage store performance, and ensure that every customer leaves with the right products, services, and support for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Manage daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and cell phone repair services. Drive sales of Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and related products through effective in-store promotions and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with Bell policies, operational standards, and safety requirements. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Oversee cell phone repair workflow, ensuring timely, high-quality service. Use POS systems for transactions, activations, repairs, and reporting, ensuring accuracy in all sales activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail role, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, or cell phone repair. Strong sales skills with the ability to lead by example and coach the team to meet targets. Knowledge of wireless plans, devices, accessories, and phone repair is an asset. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience recruiting, training, and developing staff. Flexible availability, weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
