Christie's is looking to hire a full time term (32-36 hours a week) Retail Sales Associate to join the sales team interacting directly with customers by phone and in person.

Your responsibilities would include

Working in the retail store selling our vast range of products (office supplies and Furniture). Fronting and stocking shelves in retail store. Help with design and creating displays. Use computer to track customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents. Solving customer issues in a helpful and professional manner. Handling and balancing cash floats and point of sale system. Assists in the resolution of customer complaints, returns and exchanges. Assist customers on the phone and making calls for pick up orders.

The successful candidate would also possess

Effective, strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Prior Retail and computerized point of sale experience.

Above average organizational skills and ability to multi task.

Quick learner & problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Willingness to learn about products to assist customers in making decisions. Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required. Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions is necessary. Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
Thursday evenings (till 7:30 pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm)
