Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stocker to join our retail team. This role is essential in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs. This position offers an opportunity to develop retail and merchandising skills while contributing to the overall success of our store operations.

Responsibilities

Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed according to merchandising standards Assist customers with locating products and answer inquiries in a friendly manner Operate equipment such as forklifts safely when required for heavy or bulk items Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning shelves, aisles, and work areas Perform cashiering duties as needed, including processing transactions accurately Organize stockroom areas for easy access and inventory management Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or low stock levels Support maintenance tasks around the store to ensure safety and functionality of the environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or stockroom operations is preferred but not required Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus; training will be provided if necessary Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a broader customer base Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory management Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and maintain a neat work environment Basic cashiering skills including handling cash transactions accurately Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers effectively

Pay: From $15.65 per hour
