Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance e-commerce strategies and improve online sales performance. Utilize digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Buffer to analyze customer engagement and optimize marketing efforts. Create visually appealing promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO strategies for our online platforms. Assist in managing social media accounts, including Facebook Advertising campaigns, to drive traffic to the store. Proofread marketing content to ensure clarity and accuracy before publication.

Skills

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media management applications like Hootsuite and Buffer. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
