Position Overview

The Retail & Service Enthusiast plays a key role in representing LB Distillers at our Saskatoon International Airport retail location. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a welcoming and organized retail space, and sharing product knowledge with customers. The successful candidate will embody professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail while promoting our products to a diverse clientele.

This posting is for one (1) full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to our customers Merchandising our retail space and ensuring it is presentable at all times Providing samples to customers and educating them on all Lucky Bastardproducts Complete opening and closing duties and ensuring all cash out reports are completed correctly Responding to customer inquiries and requests in an appropriate and timely fashion Light administrative work Maintaining a high-level of cleanliness at all times Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Must successfully complete the security clearance process for the YXE Airport

Has previous retail experience

Has previous merchandising experience Valid Serve It Right! Saskatchewan or national equivalent

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Comfortable lifting and moving boxes or product cases up to 30 lbs. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching during merchandising and restocking tasks. Manual dexterity required for operating cash registers and handling bottles or glassware safely
