Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Counter Associate to join our team. This role is the heart of our in-store experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, the store is well-maintained, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide a positive, attentive experience. Take orders, serve patties and other store items, and manage transactions accurately, including opening and closing the cash register. Assist with store setup, reorganization, and daily cleaning to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment. Support in-store events and special promotions. Help manage inventory and restock items as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Maintain an eye for detail in all aspects of the store, from product displays to cleanliness. Assist on additional tasks as necessary at either JunePlum or Patois locations.

Qualifications:

Required- Previous retail or food service experience. Smart Serve Certification Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to handle cash accurately. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, reliable, and able to support the store in various operational tasks.
