Retail Security Guards

to join our team and help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our retail clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

1. Casual tactical retail guards

The Role

As a Retail Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and orderly retail environment. Your presence, professionalism, and proactive approach will help prevent incidents while supporting a positive shopping experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a visible and professional security presence to deter theft and disruptive behavior. Monitor store premises using surveillance systems and regular patrols. Greet and assist customers, offering directions and answering inquiries. Report and document incidents, maintenance issues, or safety hazards. Collaborate with store staff and management to address security concerns. Ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Valid Ontario Security Guard License Minimum of

1 year

of security experience (retail experience preferred) Strong observation and communication skills Professional attitude and reliable attendance Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
