1. Retail Security Guard (Hands-Off Policy)

Location:

Downtown Toronto

Schedule:

Week 1 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday (10:00am to 10:00pm) Sunday (11:00am to 8:00pm)

Week 2 - Friday, Saturday (10:00am to 10:00pm) Sunday (11:00am - 8:00pm)

The Role:

Strictly non-physical security position Prevent incidents through visible presence and verbal de-escalation only Ideal for professionals skilled in conflict resolution through communication

Key Responsibilities:

Visible deterrence through professional presence Verbal de-escalation of conflicts (no physical contact) Customer service-oriented security approach Detailed incident documentation

General Requirements

? Valid Ontario Security License
? Minimum 2 year security experience (retail preferred)
? Excellent communication and observation skills
? Professional demeanor and reliability

Important Notes

1. Must complete 2 days training at our North York office depending on the position you are assigned.
2. Comfortable standing/moving for entire shift
