We are looking for an individual that has proven sales success or a natural sales talent coupled with a positive attitude, the willingness to learn and a strong desire to succeed. We are seeking an individual who can provide sales talent and project management skills to our retail customers.

The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial attitude and approach to selling with strong communication, organizational and influence skills. We are looking for an organized, intelligent person. We have excellent sales and flooring training program to help make you a success.

Essential Functions

Abilities

:

Measuring/estimating skills relating to flooring and tile. Working knowledge of flooring and tile. Knowledge of design principles. Ability to visualize a finished project and convey the outcome to the client. Ability to provide exceptional product selection within a client's defined budget.

Sales Technique and Experience:

Must be self motivated, goal oriented with a drive for success. Must possess strong sales skills including understanding and managing the sales process, from prospecting to closing and after sale follow up. Desire to build your own business in a positive way in all environments, developing new client leads, and building business opportunities through referrals. The ability to manage and solve problems.

Working Conditions

Local travel between client homes and showroom. Working some weekend days is required. We provide extensive training and support, company benefits and a fantastic work environment for you to succeed in. Well above average earning potential. Opportunities for advancement within the company.
