We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement. Utilize technology sales techniques to promote and sell products effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing backroom storage. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently throughout the shift. Exhibit strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong organizational skills to maintain store standards and manage inventory effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. A proactive approach to learning about new products and technology sales techniques is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Pay: $17.20-$23.21 per hour
