Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work well with teammates
