We are seeking a friendly and organized Cashier to join our team along with tobacco and Cigars knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for retail sales. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions. Maintain an organized and clean checkout area. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision. Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Experience

Previous experience in tobacco and vape sales or customer service is required. knowledge of sale for tobacco and vape laws and regulations. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse customers. Excellent phone etiquette for any customer inquiries received via phone. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike. Experience in technical sales or product demos is an advantage but not mandatory.
