Retail Supervisor

with strong sales experience and the ability to lead by example at our Vaughan location.

About the Role:

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll combine hands-on sales with supervisory responsibilities. You'll guide customers in choosing espresso machines, coffee and tea accessories, and specialty products, while overseeing store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of espresso machines, coffee and tea accessories, and specialty products Demonstrate products and share in-depth knowledge to build customer confidence Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing duties Handle cash and oversee accurate transaction processes Support and guide team members, resolving issues with professionalism Quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge to support both customers and staff

What We're Looking For:

Supervisory or management experience

in retail or customer-focused roles Strong

sales background

with proven ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Quick learner who can retain and teach product knowledge Enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and creating exceptional customer experiences
