Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in the retail showroom as well as handling warehouse duties, including loading and unloading deliveries and operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting bath and kitchen fixtures and accessories. Maintain an organized and attractive retail showroom. Load and unload deliveries and customer orders safely and efficiently. Operate a forklift to move stock within the warehouse and retail areas. Manage inventory and stock displays as needed. Assist with receiving and inspecting shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in home improvement, bath or kitchen products. Proficiency in using electric forklift. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading. Strong communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
