Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Job Title: Retail Sales Representative (Temporary assignment)
Location: Saanich, BC
Pay Range: $21.36 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
What's the Job?
- Serve customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person
- Up-sell and cross-sell Corporate products and services
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Work to resolve problem shipments
- Work to resolve equipment and technology challenges
- 3-12 months customer service experience preferred
- 3-12 months retail experience preferred
- 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience preferred
- Ability to lift 70lbs
- stand for 3 hour intervals
- Compliance to all corporate policies and procedures (including uniforms)
